Sessions may address concerns including bladder urgency or leakage, pelvic pain, painful sex, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse symptoms, bowel concerns, pelvic floor weakness or tightness, return to exercise, core rehabilitation, and general pelvic health and wellbeing. Guidance may include pelvic floor rehabilitation, movement and exercise support, lifestyle strategies, and recovery tools to help you feel more confident and connected to your body.

60-Minute Online Prenatal Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Assessment

A personalised one-on-one online consultation designed to support you throughout pregnancy. This comprehensive prenatal pelvic health assessment focuses on preparing your body for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery through evidence-based education, movement guidance, pelvic floor support, birth preparation if needed, and individualised rehabilitation strategies.

Sessions may address concerns including pelvic girdle pain, back or hip pain, pelvic floor symptoms, bladder concerns, exercise during pregnancy, core support, labour and birth preparation, and strategies to help you feel strong, confident, and supported throughout your pregnancy journey.

60-Minute Online Postnatal Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Assessment

1 hr$220

A personalised one-on-one online consultation designed to support your recovery after birth and help you reconnect with your body with confidence. This comprehensive postnatal pelvic health assessment focuses on pelvic floor rehabilitation, core recovery, return to movement and exercise, and supporting your overall physical wellbeing during the postpartum period.

Sessions may address concerns including abdominal separation, pelvic floor weakness or tightness, bladder symptoms, pelvic heaviness or prolapse symptoms, painful sex, pelvic pain, C-section recovery, return to running or exercise, and guidance for safe postpartum recovery. Individualised education, movement support, and rehabilitation strategies are tailored to your unique recovery journey and goals.

Bradcliffe Breathing Assessment

1 hr$130

Your initial assessment will start with you sharing your story, and describing your symptoms and key concerns. Your physio will ask additional questions to obtain a full and accurate history. They will then take you through a series of objective measures which enables them to understand how your current breathing pattern may be linking to the symptoms you present with. Your treatment will start with educating you around the diagnosis, helping improve your awareness of your current breathing pattern, and we will start teaching you the basics of the breathing retraining process.
Your physio will outline a treatment plan which will be specific to your diagnosis and working towards achieving your personal goals. The number of sessions and type of treatment covered in this time will be individualised to you. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions throughout the session and we encourage you to do so!
